Desktop Support Engineer

Contract assignment in Philadelphia PA

Length of assignment: 6+ months 

Due to a heavy workload, we are looking for someone to work on a Level 2/3 Desktop Support team.  Some key areas of experience include:
  • Looking to resolve Level 3 plus  tickets.
  • Utilize NextThink which provides data for trouble shooting.
  • This is a hybrid role - someone who can assist with some troubleshooting issues, be able to dig in to issues at hand, and also be able to be a pro-active solver.
  • Someone who has worked through migrations at the enterprise level and demonstrate prior experience in doing root-cause analysis.
  • Scripting experience is highly desirable.


Skills: Someone who is analytical, has Excel experience, and can make sense of the data to find problems within the data, basically provide root-cause and find problems that lie within it, and can recommend solutions.

Education: Typically requires four to six years of experience
