Job Description-Duties and Responsibilities:

Work on User Stories to build new features. Resolve system defects and provide user support to internal clients. Review user stories follow up on cases and provide solutions. Stay current on technical trends to provide research, and training guidance. Must possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Strategic problem-solving skills; able to identify and solve technical problems with appropriate solutions in timely manner. Flexible work style works on complex problems in addition to administrative tasks as necessary given firm size. Adaptive communication style, responsive and respectful to non -technical needs, navigates work process despite differences in priorities.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and maintain the Organization’ s public internet presence, based on management priorities, policy directions and goals, needs analysis, and scope of work
  • Build and administer private intranet and content management systems
  • Create enhancements and modifications to websites
  • Coordinate with relevant project teams to ensure designs will function successfully from a technical and informational standpoint; work with project team to develop estimates for site conversions, design work, and needed additions
  • Provide overall functional direction of all new sites using industry best practices
  • Design and develop the necessary back-end database and necessary SQL calls for applications, as well as ensure security of all web-based websites and underlying databases
  • Troubleshoot and repair bugs and problems
  • Revamp and upgrade code for sites to make more efficient and scalable
  • Document procedures for tasks and policies related to the position
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience & Skills Required:
  • A Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience with current authoring languages, editing and authoring tools, and related website technologies
  • Expert of  .NET, HTML, JavaScript
  • Angular Experience
  • Familiar knowledge of enterprise database platforms (e.g. MSSQL)
