Team Lead, Program & Product Management
Our client is looking for a Lead  Program & Product Management who is a  great  communicator, negotiator.  collaborator,  team builder & . problem solver.  They appreciate a good listener,  motivator  and someone who is organized.  This person will  help plan, support, assign  work and then  drive it to completion.

Job Description:
  • Providing all support to the team using servant leadership skills whenever possible, and leading by example
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owners & Manager, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Produce project roadmap and coordinate all aspects of project
  • Support Coordination and output of offshore and consultant efforts across data  management, application development and enterprise software
  • Lead a team of Product Owners & their respective teams
  • Facilitate high-level definition of requirements with business stakeholders in conjunction with Product Owners
  • Cross-coordination across onshore & off-shore resources to ensure on-time delivery
  • Guide the teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
  • Support & empower the agile teams as a group to be accountable for their work
  • Shield the teams from outside distractions and interferences
  • Guiding the teams on how to get the most of out self-organization
  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of problem solving
  • Help remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to maintain high levels of quality and performance
  • Identify blockers, risks, issues and escalate any that require further assistance for removal
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution?
  • Assisting with communication, improving transparency, and streamlining information to Business Stakeholders
  • Provide status reports of overall project health including team’ s velocity, burndown charts, milestones etc. to Business Stakeholders
